Popularitas Presiden (terpilih) Amerika Serikat Barack Obama dimanfaatkan untuk daya tarik iklan dikontrakkan ruko (rumah toko) di Jalan Drupadi 30, Renon, Denpasar. Lokasinya berseberang jalan dengan Warung Tresni. Sepintas spanduk warna merah dengan foto Obama mengacungkan jempol ini tampak mirip dengan spanduk para caleg peserta Pemilu 2009. Gambar dijepret 31 Desember 2008.

    Si pemilik ruko nggak tau akibat hukumnya mungkin, kalo sang pemilik foto nggak suka fotonya dipasang untuk kepentingan komersil.

    Membuktikan bahwa pengetahuan hukum dalam bisnis masih sangat kurang.
